
Geoff Sanders is a Vice President, National Commercial Account Manager with Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) team in Denver, where he has spent over five years helping clients successfully navigate complex commercial real estate transactions. With a strong foundation in title insurance, escrow, and deal coordination, Geoff specializes in delivering strategic solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and create a seamless closing process.
Geoff works with a diverse client base across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, industrial, office, self-storage, vacant land, and development projects. He also has extensive experience supporting construction loans, nationwide solar portfolios, unique ski-resort deals and large-scale data center transactions—often coordinating multi-site, multi-state deals that require a high level of precision and execution.
Leveraging the strength of Fidelity’s national platform, Geoff acts as a single point of contact for his clients, providing consistency and control across transactions in all 50 states. His ability to align local expertise with national resources allows him to simplify even the most complex deals while helping clients save time and manage costs effectively.

Geoff graduated from Whitworth University with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and exploring the outdoors in Colorado.
