Steve attended the State University of New York at Oneonta and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in American Literature. Steve is affiliated with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and is an active member of the South Denver Metro Chamber, specifically involved with the Economic Development Group (EDG).
Born in Upstate New York, Steve has acclimated his way west by bicycling throughout the foothills and over the prairies of Colorado. He collects antiques and art and enjoys reading history.
